I have known Steve Towers since February 2012 when he started work on renovating our recently purchased Edwardian House.

Throughout the renovation, I found him to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of building matters. His early resolution of the rotten floor timbers was both speedy and competent for which I thank him.

Besides his knowledge and competence in building matters, Steve was very reliable and provided good project management skills.

Instances of the work Steve  carried out for me included:

Repaired rotten timber floor

Loft conversion

Repairs and renovations to the ceiling and roof space

Refurbishment to bedrooms

New extension to form utility and w.c.

Fitted new casement and sliding sash upvc windows (such a good job our neighbour copied the work!)

I am particularly pleased with how well Steve fitted the new hardwood floor along with rehanging the door and fitting new skirting boards to create a marvellous bedroom for our daughter. This room is the one I show to our guests as an example of the finish for which I strive .
